Coffee may help you live longer, but only if you are drinking it the right way

New research suggests coffee consumption, especially black or with minimal additions, may contribute to longevity. Studies indicate a reduced risk of mortality, particularly from heart ailments, among regular coffee drinkers. The benefits are most pronounced with 1-3 cups daily. Excessive sugar or saturated fats could negate these advantages. The study followed US adults for about 10 years.
