Man detained for concealed carry offence at Wisconsin state Capitol. Governor Tony Evers was not present during the incident. Joshua Pleasnick was released from jail on Wednesday afternoon. Pleasnick was already charged with openly carrying a gun in a public place. Pleasnick scheduled to appear in court on Thursday morning.
