Staff at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) voted for their first-ever strike after rejecting a £1,000 pay offer, instead demanding a £2,800 flat pay rise. The 93% vote in favor was by members of the Independent Workers’ Union of Great Britain. The RSA, a 270-year-old charity, has 31,000 global members.
