Pakistan on hiring spree for US lobbyists, appoints third firm to push Kashmir agenda

China’s favoured lobbying firm — Brown Lloyd James — is believed to have been hired by Pakistan in the US to build up support for its Kashmir case. The firm in the past ran campaigns for erstwhile Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi, runs campaign for Qatar and has a branch office in Doha.
