How does Japan's longest serving PM, Shinzo Abe, score on his policy agenda?

Public broadcaster NHK earlier said Abe, who has battled the disease ulcerative colitis for years, wanted to avoid causing problems for the government due to the worsening of his condition. He ended his first troubled 2006-2007 term as premier by quitting abruptly, citing ill health.
